My name is Toshio Sekikawa, and I am a proud owner of Tosh's Ramen.
This is my story...

I have over 40 years of working experience in Japanese Cousine. I had work in multiple cities around the world such as New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, San Francisco and Salt Lake City.
Four years ago, after observing that Salt Lake City did not have a Ramen place, I decided to open a Ramen restaurant; and three years later I opened a second location in the Holiday area in Utah.
